Indian Summer is a dry, pale, Provençal style rosé uniquely blended with cinsault, grenache, viognier, pinot gris and merlot grapes grown at Waiana Estate and the surrounding areas. Indian Summer is left on lees for approximately six months to maximise the texture and minerality of this fabulous blend.

Pale-hued and just off-dry, this displays good weight and texture. A refreshing minerality sees it just the thing for the summer.
