100% Pinot Noir After so many years of making full bodied Pinot Noir the team wanted to explore some other facets of this wonderful grape. Pinot Noir from Te Muna Rd has given us a wonderfully perfumed, strawberry aromatic wine. Left on skins for a mere 2 hours then barrel fermented in old oak a very delicate perfect blush coloured Pinot Rosé has resulted. Enjoy over the warmer months well chilled. Totally refreshing!
