This new whiskey from the West Cork distillery is a traditional Irish blend, triple distilled from Irish barley and matured for 5 years in American oak ex-bourbon barrels. Mellow and sweet with vanilla and soft fruits, it is a very rounded and mild, with gentle spices in the background.
