This new expression from West Cork is a classic blend of grain and malt whiskey. It has been triple distilled and was matured for three years in first fill ex Bourbon casks, before undergoing a secondary maturation in heavilly charred Bourbon barrels, adding vanilla notes, with an underlying sweetness.
