Village Vineyards produce small batches of Lo-Fi, minimal intervention wine from their Biogro certified organic vineyard that is nestled on the outskirts of Havelock North at the foot of Rongokako, the Sleeping Giant (Te Mata Peak).
A crisp and aromatic blend of Sauvignon Blanc, Pinot Gris and Chardonnay. The fruit was de-stemmed, crushed, and fermented cold in stainless steel for 3 months. The perfect melange of ripe stone-fruit and tropical notes complimented by a fresh, luscious palate. A no brainer for any poolside occasion.
