Village Vineyards produce small batches of Lo-Fi, minimal intervention wine from their Biogro certified organic vineyard that is nestled on the outskirts of Havelock North at the foot of Rongokako, the Sleeping Giant (Te Mata Peak).
This Syrah had a short ferment time on skins and was conditioned for 6 months in neutral oak barrls. The resulting wine is fresh and light with zippy notes of plum and spice.
