A white wine made from Grenache Blanc, Roussanne and Viognier. The grapes were vinified together in tank and then aged for 6 months on the fine lees before bottling. Fragrant and fresh.

Soft stone fruit particularly apricot and pear notes abound. This is a great entry to a woefully underappreciated style of wine. 

Grenache Blanc (50%), Roussanne (25%) and Viognier (25%).
