As bonfires flicker and fireworks illuminate the night sky, join us for an evening celebrating the world's most captivating whiskies. Inspired by Guy Fawkes Night, this tasting explores drams that embody the spirit of fire, smoke and defiance.

From the smouldering peat fires of Scotland's rugged islands to rich, cask-aged whiskies forged through patience and tradition, each whisky tells a story of place, craftsmanship and character. Much like the events remembered each 5th of November, these whiskies have left their mark on history, challenging convention and creating legacies that endure today.

Throughout the evening we'll journey through a selection of remarkable whiskies, uncovering the stories behind their distilleries, the influence of fire in their production, and the unique flavours shaped by centuries of whisky-making tradition.

So gather around, raise a glass, and join us in celebrating a night where history, fire and whisky come together.

This is a Masterclass Style Tasting, and spaces are limited. Seats are $60pp.
