Belgian Wit w/ Guava, Raspberry, Kawakawa and Hibiscus

This delicately fruited and herbed Belgian Wit was brewed by Sunshine's resident French brewer Marion Prevot! Brewed for Otto ExBeerimental Festival back in April, the beer picked up second. Which is a fantastic result for Marion and team. 

As the first light kisses the ocean, a new swell rises, fresh vibrant, and full of life. Waves of Dawn captures that golden moment with sun-ripened guava, tart raspberry, and a floral lift of hibiscus, balanced by the herbal spice of kawakawa. Brewed with a classic Belgian Wit base, it’s bright, refreshing and made for those who chase the horizon. Rise with the tide. Sip the sunrise.
