Slingsby is a London Dry Gin that's proudly from the Yorkshire town of Harrogate. Launched in August 2015, it's made with water from the Harrogate aquifer, pure grain spirit and 24 botanicals and comes in a smart, locally produced blue bottle.

Lemon drizzle cake with notes of jasmine and celery on the nose.
More classic on the palate with juniper, orris root and a hint of liquorice.
The finish is sweeter once again with rosewater and fresh sage.
