Pét Nat Rosé from Andrew Fox's home block in Waipara, North Canterbury (Organic but not certified as far too small to justify the expense). This year it's 100% Pinot Noir – bright, fresh, fruitful and totally dry.
Organic (not certified), whole bunch pressed and fermented in a 675L ceramic egg, unfiltered, unfined, no adjustments, no additions, no added sulphites.
