Classic Central Otago bramble, sour cherry and dried thyme on the nose with soft, juicy plush fruit. Silky smooth and zippy fresh acid. This is hand-harvested and aged in a combination of barrel (to give weight and texture) and stainless steel (to retail fruit purity) and is bottled unfined, unfiltered and without sulphur. It's svelte, focused and vibrant, a stunning example of modern Central Pinot.
