Here is a skin contact wine born of Pinot Blanc, Pinot Gris from the ‘Kerner’ vineyard and Gewürztraminer from Waihopi.
The fruit was fermented in its skins for 35 days before being sent to old oak barrels for a long sleep on lees before release.
