This is an iteration of the first cider Peckham's created in their Nelson cidery, and stems from their quest to create a go-to, medium-dry cider with plenty of character. Zesty and fresh with a touch of apple pie and subtle complexity from some great cider apples. 

Apples: Brown’s, Sweet Alford, Knotted Kernel, Kingston Black, Coxes Orange Pippin, Sturmer, Harry Master's Jersey, Major, Stoke Red

Residual sweetness: typically 16–19g/l

Serve: Serve Cool (7 - 10°C)
