Handpicked Pinot Noir grapes were temperature control fermented then matured for 4 months in old barriques before bottling.

A hint of exotic spices and a whiff of cherry flesh on the nose. The palate is gentle and very dry, reminding us more of European-style rosé, specifically Sancerre.
