Since formed in 2015, we always thought that brewing a beer that could survive the Apocalyptic would be a worthwhile project.  Careful consideration was taken in the ingredients: 10% kumara in the mash for fermentables, and added coconut, kelp, curcumin and tiger nuts in the dry hop for a complex and intriguing aroma and flavor - these ingredients would have to survive the fallout when some tiny fists hit the big nuclear launch button! The following ingredients are all featured are all radio-resistant - meaning they should be able offset mutations from a nuclear holocaust. Also - this beer is a corpulent beer made in the style of an old ale, which means it can be cellared for those long nights spent in your underground bunker!
