Jen Parr (also of Valli) has created a stunning Pinot Gris from Central Otago. Full of poached pear, lychee, mandarin zest and vanilla bean on the nose with more citrus notes to follow on the palate. Lush yet refined stone fruit on the front palate leads to an incredibly textured mid palate the finishes long and fresh.
