Shikuwasa is a citrus from Okinawa, with an acidic flavour profile similar to limes. This umeshu is infused with real shikuwasa juice.

The result is a balance between the sweetness of umeshu and the zesty acidity of the shikuwasa citrus.

Conmpared to the yuzu umeshu, the flavour profile of this umeshu is lighter and more subtle.
