Ruby rose in the glass with a delicate nose of red berries, tulips, raspberry liquorice and cherry. The palate shows red currants, raspberry with silky tannins.
On the vineyard grapes were harvested using biodynamic viticulture, with the vines planted in topsoil over clay with limestone deposits. In the winery the juice was fermented in 1.8T fermenters 50ppm sulphur before fermentation, yeast strain D254 used and later matured in old French oak.
