Certified organic co-fermentation between Riesling, Gewurztraminer and Muscat a Petit Grains. Picked and then fermented together in stainless steel tanks and larger format oak barrels. This wine is unfined and biodynamic. Displaying vibrant aromas of figs, pears, pineapple and lychee. Spice and stone fruit flavours lead to a rich finish.
