100% Syrah, hand harvested and whole-bunch pressed in a manual wooden basket press. Cool fermentation in stainless steel with 25% in old French oak and matured on light lees for 5 months. Bottled unfined with low sulphur. Aromas of sweet summer fruits and raspberry with a hint of minerality reflective of the maritime climate and soil. A lovely dry palate with some creaminess from the maturation sur lees and a finish of refreshing acidity.
