A clear, sparkling Trappist beer with a high fermentation level. Fresh and fruity taste with a soft bitter aftertaste. The various types of hops add an aromatic smell.

Deep orange brown with a small quickly dissipating white head. Malty nose of light and sweet malts. Light effervescence and a nice mellowness in the malt backbone that finishes with slight spice notes. A nice, simple, clean beer.
