The Knockando 15 year old has been matured in a combination of Sherry and refill bourbon casks. Aromas of stewed fruit, baking spices, dark chocolate and sherry fill the nose, complemented by notes of oak, caramelised apple, plums, black pepper, cinnamon, clove and sherry-soaked raisins throughout the palate.
