Whiskey from mineral character. In its primary aromas, a calcareous minerality and an aroma of raw corn dough can be perceived. Orange peel and a slight hint of yeast are perceived from its secondary aromas. Vanilla, almonds and toasted corn reminiscent of a cracked corn toast. In the mouth, the spices are noted with cumin, white pepper and reinforce the mineral character of the whiskey.
