Generous black cherry, dark plum, roasted chestnut flavours, fine slinky / al dente textures, underlying marzipan, vanilla oak notes and underlying fresh mineral acidity. Finishes firm with plentiful sweet fruit / liquorice notes. 18 months in 50% French and 50% American oak, 100% new.
