Pouring a beautiful, slightly hazy pale straw colour, our Farmhouse IPA combines the best of New World IPA and Old World Saison. A clean malt base of Pilsner, Vienna & Wheat is paired with a hop trio of Saphir, Cascade & Citra and an expressive French Saison yeast to give a complex combination of classic IPA and Saison aromas & flavours. Think bright citrus, pear and a whack of spice!!
