The most famous name in the Northern Rhone. Guigal is a negociant and winemaker based in Cote Rotie, producing wine from both Southern and Northern Vineyards. Although best known for their benchmark Cotes du Rhone and the amazing single vineyard Cote Rotie wines, Guigal also produce stellar examples of Chateauneuf du Pape, Hermitage, Gigondas and Condrieu.

Their Cotes du RHone is made from Syrah, Grenache & Mouvedre; On the nose, fresh fruits with red berries and spices.  
The palate delivers a full, round and racy flavour. Rounded and smooth tannins. A full-bodied, rich and intensly aromatic wine.

Overall : Full with a long finish and plenty of elegance and finesse due to the well balanced tannins and fruit.
