From top-stream fruit that is wild fermented in 100% oak, mostly old but with just a spicing of new wood, this wine offers complexity now or the potential to age extremely well. A wilder yet more sophisticated beast than the usual tank-fermented Marlborough Sav, this is a food wine of extreme quality.
