Honeycomb on the nose, whiffs of sherried peels and dried fruit, polished oak, slightly earthy and herbal as it develops in the glass.

The palate is of chewy dates, almond flakes, toasted coconut, Shredded Wheat in milk topped with brown sugar, good coffee.

More dates on the finish, now paired with fudge and a slight waft of vegetal smoke.
