Glen Spey 'Infrequent Flyers' 2006/15yo is rested for 15 years and was finished in a Virgin Oak cask. The nose is soft with notes of marzipan, creamy coconut ice cream and sweet balsamic glaze. Rum and raisin fudge explode onto the palate! A creamy mouth feel with lashings of vanilla and soft toffee. Toasted brown sugar notes, cinnamon and cloves carry you through the finish.
