Tasting Note: The Talento of Ego Bodegas is vinified from the grape varieties Syrah and Monastrell. The color is brilliant ruby red with cherry highlights.  Powerful aromas of red berries unfold on the nose. There are distinct notes of blackberry and currant. On the palate, the Spanish red wine is very pleasant as well as balanced and offers a fruity taste. The finish is accompanied by wonderful tannins. The red wine is a wonderful food companion to hearty meat dishes and spicy, ripe cheeses.

Winemaking Notes: At a constant temperature, the grapes of Talento are fermented for 10 to 15 days. After that, the red wine from Spain matures for 2 months in American oak.
