The brand new Pinot Noir is made by one of the country's best winemakers, Simon Waghorn, founder of Astrolabe and a big fan of dry wines. Simon gave this fresh bright young pinkie a minimum time on its grape skins during fermentation, giving a lovely light pink, dry and refreshing summer wine.
