Flavours: A soft pilsner malt base stays clean and muted to keep the fruit honest. White Labs WLP077 Tropicale yeast frees aromatic thiols from a mash charge of NZ Nelson Sauvin and Taiheke, complemented by a high-krausen addition of Citra and a finish of Nectaron. Real mango and passionfruit purée are added cold to lock in a smooth, pillowy body tasting of grapefruit, guava, soft pineapple, and stone fruit.
