‘Les Saint-Georges', which lies south of the village, forges a brotherly bond with the eminent ‘Cailles’ and ‘Porêts’, while each climate retains its unique style. The coarseness of ‘Les Saint-Georges’ is an invitation to taste, and its richness encourages exploration. With a parcel of just 0.57 ac, we are the smallest owner in the appellation, and we have joined forces with 13 other producers over the last decade to obtain the long-awaited Grand Cru classification.

Grape vines have been grown in Nuits for over a thousand years and the history of the village is inseparable from its renowned vineyards. At the end of the 17th century, Louis XIV, who suffered from digestive problems, was advised by his doctor to drink a glass of Nuits every day. In 1892, the village of Nuits added its name to that of its best climat - Les Saint Georges.

The wine offers cherry, raspberry, subtle earthy notes, and a touch of spice. Medium-bodied with good structure, fresh acidity, and smooth tannins, leading to an elegant finish.
