The Quiot family, winemakers since 1748, offer a large range of wines from the Rhone Valley and the Provence area. As a family, Genevieve, Florence, Jerome and Jean-Baptiste Quiot run Domaine du Vieux Lazaret.

Located in the village of Ch?teauneuf-du-Pape and close to other properties owned by the Quiot family, these original buildings have today been extended and modernised, and now form the winemaking centre for Famille Quiot.

The vineyards of Domaine du Vieux Lazaret are spread over 93 hectares, split into 35 different parcels of vines throughout A.O.C. Chateauneuf-du-Pape. It is today amongst the largest domaines in Chateauneuf-du-Pape.

Brilliant ruby-red. Lively, spice-tinged red fruit and garrigue on the fragrant nose and a spicy element building in the glass. Gently sweet and seamless on the palate, offering fresh raspberry and spicecake flavors that flesh out with air. Subtle tannins give shape to a nervy, incisive and persistent finish that leaves a peppery note behind.

Grape 60% Grenache, 23% Syrah, 10% Mourvedre and 7% Cinsault and other permitted varieties
