This Sauvignon Blanc is very attractive with a subtle nose of elderflower, lime zest and cut grass.  The palate is texturally driven, bursting with zesty gooseberry, elderflower and fresh herbs.  A tight line of acid and a bit of grip. Lovely mouthfeel, with a mineral finish. Good length.
