Tasting Notes

Libération reveals a beautiful complexity and a remarkable balance. Woody and mineral notes harmonize together and gradually reveal rich fl oral and fruity scents, punctuated with roasted and balsamic notes. Libération in turn evokes fi elds of cereals heated by the sun, pastries, and candied fruits, but also more autumnal and spicy fl avors. The palate is well structured by the wood in a very controlled way - off ering a powerful, supple, and persistent fi nish. A superb tasting experience.
