Élévation” is a very delicate whisky. Austere at fi rst, it gradually reveals notes in a play of fl avors full of subtlety. To achieve this “elevation” we took complicated paths in the distillation and the choice of French oak, but the result is a unique whisky that gives pride of place to the grain, which off ers a thousand aromatic nuances. 

Tasting Notes

Élévation off ers a remarkable and slightly mineral fi nesse. Delicate malty notes are followed by more fl oral ones (rose hip, narcissus), delicate fruity accents, and spice. Élévation swirls in the mouth in a harmony of aromas and great fi nesse. The tannins are silky, and the texture is light, but the fl avors are frank and very present around slightly spicy fl oral notes like pollen, and with a long and delicious fi nish.
