A vintage dedicated to Piquepoul Noir, one of the oldest grape varieties in our terroirs, which we have decided to bring back into the spotlight.
This wine, with its light garnet red hues and very slightly mentholated currant aromas, is characterized by its sweetness and perfect balance.
This wine has a deep red color with light garnet highlights.
On the nose, the aromas, enhanced by carbonic maceration, are clearly perceptible, with notes of redcurrants complemented by green pepper and mint.
The palate is surprisingly round, with a supple attack, followed by very soft tannins that lead to a round and fresh finish where fruit and spice flavors are expressed in a very appealing way.
We recommend serving it at 14-15Ā°C.
