Adrien Begere wanted to showcase its terroir Etoges through Les Vignes de Nuit. Its 100% Chardonnay from 49 year old vines is for every amateur of Bland de blanc. Its complexity with brioche vanilla citrus and stone fruit will find a way to seduce you.

Terroir: Clay limestone soil in Etoges village.
Winemaking: Fermentation and aging on lees. Partially barrell aged. No Filtration
