Classic Cardrona Source Gin, mellowed in a buttery Domaine Rewa ex-Chardonnay cask from the French potter in Central Otago.

Nose: Chamomile, brioche
Flavour/palate: White nectarine. Opens with dilution.

Stir with Dolin vermouth and add a lemon twist for an exquisite Source martini.
