A Japanese inspired Sake/Beer hybrid made in collaboration with our friends at Zenkuro.
Utilising the Umami Sake Kasu (fermented pressed sake lees), yuzu rind and Japanese sorachi ace hops. We created an ultra dry lager, with a bouquet of creamy citrus and herbaceous dill.
