The vineyards are located in the Basilicata region.
Grape variety: 60% Greco, 40% Fiano.
Harvested at full maturity. Stem removal. Soft pressing. Fermentation at low temperatures. Aged on the lees in steel tanks for several months.
Straw-gold color. Fresh aromas with notes of citrus, green apple, and white flowers. Harmonious, well-balanced taste with soft acidity and a long, refreshing, mineral finish.
This wine is excellent as an aperitif and pairs well with seafood, white meat dishes, pasta with creamy sauce, and salads.
