We?ve gone a bit mad on IPA in New Zealand; we love those big bold fresh flavours, higher ABVs and heavy-handed hop additions. Our recipe is classic West Coast IPA style, starting with American Ale malt which we ferment with American yeast. Then we add a delicious blend of NZ and US hops including Jade, Waimea, Amarillo and Centennial. This is our flagship IPA brewed to be enjoyed every day.
