The wild yeast fermentation has brought another dimension into this 2018 ‘Bergman’ Chardonnay. There appears to be more depth and complexity on the mid palate. The wine is showcasing ripe apricots, melon, oak and vanilla characters are evident in this elegant 2018 ‘Bergman’ Chardonnay. There is a softness due to the partial malolactic fermentation. It will enrich if given time in the bottle - enjoy.
