Creme de Bergamote liqueur made by Edmond Briottet. The oil from Bergamot Orange is also used in the famous Earl Grey tea, favourite of one Jean-Luc Picard. I can only imagine that when someone suggested Edmond Briottet made a Bergamot liqueur, somebody said "Make it so." And so they did.

Due to the acidic characteristic of bergamot essential oil the Bergamot Orange Cream has had conferred on it a fresh somewhat lemony taste but it also has a more spicy even smooth note.
