Clear golden-yellow, fizzy with bubbly white head. Aroma of caramel, toffee and ripe fruits (peach, banana). Sweet flavor, very alcoholic with notes of caramel and candy, ripe fruits, yeasts, light citrusy bitterness. Brigand is blond coloured and has quite a full and creamy head. This glorious craft beer has a beautiful body and a wonderful aroma.
