Duivelsbier Wild takes its time coming to fruition as the beer naturally re-ferments in the bottle. Wild yeast, Brettanomyces (aka Brett), is sourced from the walls of Boon's oldest wooden lambic vessel barrels and brings a refined balance of fruity flavours and earthy aromas.
