Made from small parcels of fruit within one of our three vineyards, these wines are about exploring and understanding our land and winemaking further.
Organic & biodynamic Riesling fruit from the eastern rolling hill of Damsteep vineyard, which gets nice morning sun. A fresh and strong wine, fermented on skins and then aged in a large old barrel on lees for 20 months, which is quite a long time. The skin contact gives this wine power, and time on lees helps the wine soften whilst protecting the wine. Bottled without sulphur or any inputs except vineyard derived yeast.
