This BenRiach 22 Year Old was initially matured in the traditional style in American bourbon barrels before it was finished in dark rum barrels, sourced from Jamaica. Non-chill filtered and of natural colour, BenRiach bottled this single malt Scotch whisky at 46% ABV.

Aromas of porridge oats and barley, with nutmeg, dried oranges, cranberries and brown sugar.
The palate is slightly oily. Through a nutty character and rummy thickness comes gooey caramel, helpings of apricots, dark chocolate, bittersweet vanilla and soft baking spices.
Finishing with creme brul?e sweetness and some wood polish linger.
